5 classic Nollywood movies you need to watch this Valentine's weekend

Looking for a romantic Nollywood movie to watch this Valentine's Day? Pulse Movies have pulled together a list of our favorite classic Nigerian films you should totally see.

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and February 14 is a great day to hang out or better still, stay indoors and see a movie.
Pulse Nigeria has put up 5 classic Nollywood romance films you could totally see this season. Here we go;
1. Keeping Faith
The absence of "Keeping Faith" would definitely mean an incomplete list. If there's any Nigerian romance drama film that should never be forgotten, then it has to be "Keeping Faith," which starred them as  Genevieve Nnaji and RMD asNadine and Princewill Sampa.

2. Violated.
A classic love story, the 1996 movie tells the story of Tega (Richard Mofe Damijo)from a wealthy background, who falls in love with Peggy (Ego Boyo), who is from a poor background.
After so much pressure from his mother (Joke Silva) who wanted him to marry a girl with a better class, they eventually get married, and their marriage is put to the test when hidden secrets unfolds and his ex-wife re-appears in his life.

3. Flower Girl.
The movie tells the story of Kemi (Damilola Adegbite) who is dying to get married to Umar (Chris Attoh), a young man desperate to get ahead in his career.

When their relationship hits troubled waters, Kemi seeks the help of movie superstar Tunde (Blossom Chukwujekwu) and they hatch a plan to get Kemi what she wants.
